I'm a BCRPA certified personal trainer - passionate about living a healthy, active lifestyle and helping others do the same.

1 to 1 Personal Training

In-person training at my private home gym in Duncan BC.

 

I will curate a fitness plan that helps you reach your goals.

Includes a consultation and full evaluation, access to App for personalized programming and access to your weekly fitness plan along with direct access to me for questions and support.
