This is an opportunity for you to share your goals, fears, current nutrition habits and current work/life/health balance with me. I will perform a full postural analysis and curate a safe, effective, fun, rewarding program that’s fit for you.
1 to 1 Personal Training: $85
(8 sessions minimum)
These sessions are designed to be fun, exciting and challenging. Our aim at the end of each session will be for you to leave feeling motivated, happy, challenged and energized, with the tools to get you through until our next session with what you have access to at home. This is the time to try new exercises, check in on milestones, assess your progress, ask questions and evaluate areas for progressive overload.
And the best part is that we get to do it together!
1 session per week minimum
2 months (8+ sessions) minimum commitment
Includes a consultation ($90 value) and full evaluation, access to App for personalized programming and access to your weekly fitness plan along with direct access to me for questions and support.
With a Friend: $120
(8 sessions minimum)
It’s a fun and affordable option with the same benefits as 1 to 1 Personal Training.
